Over time I’ve refined my work as a leadership facilitator and executive coach into one core idea I call “On The Same Page”.

At its heart, it’s about alignment – getting strategy, leadership teams, culture and brand all pulling in the same direction.

I find that even strong organisations can feel like they’re dragging different parts of the business behind them.

  • Strategy is clear to a few, vague to others.
  • Teams are busy, but not always aligned.
  • Culture is talked about, but rarely felt.
  • The brand says one thing, but the customer experience says another.

On The Same Page is my approach to fixing this, using a mix of facilitated leadership workshops, executive coaching and 360 feedback.

When an organisation is aligned, everything works better. Decisions are easier, leadership offsites become more productive, delivery is faster and teams feel more confident. Customers notice the difference.

I work closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams to align across four essential areas:

1. Strategy: what we’re doing and why

Clarity of direction isn’t just about setting big goals. It’s about making choices that are understood and remembered. When your people know what matters - and what doesn’t - they focus their time and energy on what counts. Through strategy workshops and facilitated offsites, I help leadership teams build a strategy that’s clear, motivating and practical.

2. Teamwork: who does what and who helps

Great execution depends on collaboration, ownership and trust. That means getting the mechanics of accountability right: who’s responsible, where the handovers are, how teams work together. I help teams untangle complexity, improve coordination and take shared ownership of results through team alignment workshops and leadership team facilitation.

3. Culture: how we do things around here

Culture isn’t what’s written on the office walls or the website. It’s what people do when no one’s watching. When values are real and lived, people feel more confident, take more responsibility and treat each other better. I help teams define their values, turn them into behaviours, and use them to guide everyday decisions – often through values workshops and culture programmes.

4. Brand: how we’re experienced on the outside

Your internal reality shapes your external reputation. If the customer experience doesn’t match your brand, trust breaks down. If your values aren’t reflected in your service, people notice. I help organisations make sure what they stand for internally is actually what people experience externally, using brand alignment sessions and customer experience reviews.
