Here's how we'll work:

Initial goals session: Define your objectives and agree how we’ll measure success.
Regular coaching sessions: Typically 90-minute one-to-ones every 2–4 weeks.
Support between sessions: Ongoing email and call support to keep you on track.
Follow-up reviews: Regular check-ins to ensure progress and adapt as needed.

I take care of all the scheduling and session planning so the process runs smoothly. Which means you can focus on the work – not the admin.

My coaching style

I’m not here to tell you what you want to hear. I’m here to help you sharpen your thinking, navigate the trickiest parts of leadership, and make decisions that actually stick.

I work best with senior leaders who want to think more clearly, lead more effectively, and build momentum on the things that matter. The work is structured but flexible, challenging but supportive, focused on practical outcomes, not theory.

I draw influence from many coaches, including Robert Ellis and Matt Mochary. That means combining deep, reflective thinking (Ellis) with sharp, tool-based execution (Mochary). Some sessions are about surfacing what’s really going on. Others are about clearing roadblocks, making decisions and setting direction. I’ll bring whichever is most useful to the moment.

Every session is built around your goals. I’ll help you slow down your thinking, sharpen your judgement and act with more intention. You’ll leave each conversation with a clear head and clear next steps.

We track everything using a shared Miro board, and I provide written summaries and action points after every session. That way, we stay focused, build momentum, and embed the shifts we make over time, not just in the moment.
