I started my career in communications and strategy within the travel industry, working with senior teams to shape messages and make complex decisions clear.
As my career progressed I discovered facilitation and coaching, and have been focused ever since on helping leaders and their teams think clearly, act decisively and work better together.
I discovered facilitation over 15 years ago, and love helping groups explore opportunities, solve problems and build relationships.
And this is a conservative estimate. I've facilitated for groups of all shapes and sizes from 2 to 500.
I've travelled and worked in many countries, from Argentina to Uganda. I'm based in south east England.
My career started in travel PR, with several prestigious agencies. I've been a solo consultant for 13 years.
