Joining a Circle

The next step is to schedule a call. This is a focused discussion to explore how joining a Circle might support your objectives.

3. Try it out

Following our call, you may be invited to join an introductory session or an "Open Chair" guest slot. This allows you to experience the tools and the peer dynamic firsthand before committing to the cohort.

4. Join a Circle

Once we confirm a mutual match, you’ll receive an invitation to secure your seat. You’ll then join your dedicated group of 10-12 leaders for our monthly sessions.
