# James Allen

> James Allen is a UK leadership facilitator, executive coach and consultant who helps senior teams align strategy and work better together. He is the founder and lead facilitator of Creative Huddle Ltd, founded in 2011, and works with CEOs and leadership teams across the UK through offsites, workshops, coaching and 360 feedback.

Based in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, working across the UK in person and online. Fifteen years of practice and more than 200 senior teams. Every engagement is delivered by James himself. He is the author of the On The Same Page methodology, which underpins the assessments at areweonthesame.page.

This site is the personal site of the founder of Creative Huddle. creativehuddle.co.uk is the practice, and areweonthesame.page hosts the free assessment tools. They are one business, not three.
